Take Notes
Before you begin listening to each voicemail, be sure to grab a pen and a piece of paper. That way, you will be able to take detailed notes about each voicemail. This will help you address each key point they mentioned in the voicemail when you call the client back.
Make Calls
Once you have listened to all of the voicemails, it is time to call everyone back. If you are really pressed for time, see if there is a colleague who can help you with this task. It is important to supply them with your detailed notes so they can answer any questions that arise.
Delete Voicemails
Last but certainly not least, be sure to delete all of the voicemails in your inbox. This allows you to free up space in your inbox for new incoming messages. You will feel accomplished once you have an empty inbox.
